Kimberly Andrews, RN, BSN
Kimberly Andrews is a registered nurse and hospitality-driven founder creating a new model of postpartum recovery. With a background spanning global luxury hospitality, holistic bodywork, and evidence-aligned postpartum support, she founded Lumae to bring families the hands-on care, rest, and newborn support missing from today’s postpartum experience. Rooted in emotional intelligence and community connection, her work centers one belief: mothers deserve to feel held, honored, and confidently supported in a season where so much is asked of them.

Kimberly Andrews, RN, BSN, is the founder of Lumae—a postpartum retreat reimagining how families experience the fourth trimester. Her background spans global luxury hospitality, holistic bodywork education, and nursing, giving her a rare ability to build systems of care that feel both structured and deeply nurturing.
Before creating Lumae, Kimberly supported women and families through her work in nursing, teaching bodywork in Napa, and providing prenatal and postpartum massage within her community. Through this work—and her own lived postpartum experiences—she saw a clear gap: families were returning home without the guidance, rest, or newborn support needed for true recovery.
As both a clinician and mother, Kimberly understands the intensity of early postpartum and the profound relief that comes when skilled, attuned support steps in. Lumae reflects her belief that postpartum care should be calm, elevated, and thoughtfully supported—blending evidence-aligned practices with the warmth and attentiveness of luxury hospitality.
Kimberly lives in Napa Valley with her husband, a psychiatrist, and their two children.
